Madam Speaker? That's not in the Bible

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has recently come under fire for quoting a fictional Bible passage.

According to a article, in her Earth Day news release, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) attributed this quote to the Old Testament: "To minister to the needs of God's creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us." However, many biblical scholars cite a problem with that quotation: it doesn't exist in the Bible.

As if it's not enough that they try to rewrite our history and our constitution. Now they have to screw up the Scriptures, too.

Let's see how much of a ripple this makes. If she had misquoted the Koran, there would be universal outrage.

Here is just one more instance of the left trying to appeal to religion when it suits their political agenda. This time it backfired. Goes to show that they don't know the Bible nor are they interested in it.

The sad thing is that most Americans wouldn't know that that wasn't even in the Bible.

Don't even get me started.

I feel like if I were that guy that always announces her, I would quit my job. She's a little "scary".
